Clifford Chance enhances its notarial services: Thomas Reischauer appointed notary
Clifford Chance has enhanced its notarial services in Frankfurt by recently appointing partner Thomas Reischauer notary.
Thomas Reischauer has been with Clifford Chance since 2004 as a real estate lawyer. He advises national and international investors, banks, insurance companies and project developers on real estate transactions and financing concepts as well as on structuring and implementing building and development projects. In future, the firm's notarial services will now also benefit from his extensive expertise.
Notarial work completes the full-service package Clifford Chance provides to clients. The focus is on notarising real estate and M&A transactions and the associated structuring deals. The office now has three notaries, Klaus Minuth, Markus Böhn and Thomas Reischauer.

Clifford Chance verstärkt Notariat: Thomas Reischauer zum Notar ernannt
Die internationale Anwaltssozietät Clifford Chance verstärkt ihr Frankfurter Notariat mit ihrem Partner Thomas Reischauer, der kürzlich zum Notar ernannt wurde.
Thomas Reischauer ist seit 2004 bei Clifford Chance als Rechtsanwalt im Bereich Real Estate tätig. Er berät nationale und internationale Investoren, Banken, Versicherungen und Projektentwickler bei Immobilientransaktionen und deren Finanzierungen sowie bei der Gestaltung und Durchführung von Bauvorhaben und Projektentwicklungen. Künftig wird er seine große Erfahrung in komplexen Immobilientransaktionen auch im notariellen Bereich einbringen.
Das Notariat rundet das Full-Service-Angebot von Clifford Chance ab. Dabei liegt der Schwerpunkt der Notariatsarbeit auf der Beurkundung von Immobilien- und M&A-Transaktionen sowie damit zusammenhängender Strukturierungen. Mit Dr. Klaus Minuth, Markus Böhn und Thomas Reischauer besteht das Notariat nun aus drei Notaren.
