Clifford Chance has advised Eurotower Frankfurt GmbH & Co. KG on the sale of the Eurotower in Frankfurt to Patrizia Immobilien AG. Patrizia was acting on behalf of the Taiwanese insurer Fubon Life. This was one of the largest real estate transactions on the Frankfurt market in 2018.
The 40-storey Eurotower is one of the most well-known landmarks in the Frankfurt skyline. It was the headquarters of the European Central Bank until 2014 and is considered to be the birthplace of the euro. The building is now being used by the European banking supervisory authorities following the completion of major refurbishment work.

Die internationale Anwaltssozietät Clifford Chance hat die Eurotower Frankfurt GmbH & Co. KG beim Verkauf des bekannten Eurotower in Frankfurt an die Patrizia Immobilien AG rechtlich beraten. Patrizia agierte dabei für die taiwanesische Versicherungsgesellschaft Fubon Life. Es handelt sich um eine der größten Immobilientransaktionen des Jahres 2018 auf dem Frankfurter Markt.
Der 40-stöckige Eurotower gehört zu den markanten und symbolträchtigen Elementen der Frankfurter Skyline. Er war bis 2014 Sitz der Europäischen Zentralbank (EZB) und gilt als Geburtsort des Euro. Seit der umfassenden Renovierung nutzt die Europäische Bankenaufsicht das Gebäude.
