Clifford Chance advises CVC on HK$2 billion investment in road toll operator RKE

Leading international law firm Clifford Chance has advised global private equity and investment advisory firm CVC Capital Partners on its HK$2 billion investment in RKE, a leading road toll operator in China. RKE holds a portfolio of five expressways spanning 340km, strategically located in important economic corridors across four provinces.

Partner Andrew Whan led the transaction, supported by senior associate Peter Liang, registered foreign lawyer I-Ming Tan and associate Michelle Kwok.
