Clifford Chance advises Sofidy on acquisition of office properties in Bonn
The French fund company Sofidy has acquired offices in Bonn for its real estate fund Efimmo1. The international law firm Clifford Chance has again advised Sofidy on this transaction.
The office complex acquired by Sofidy is conveniently located in the centre of Bonn and has an area of around 14,300 square metres and more than 400 parking lots for long-term tenants Deutsche Post, Bundesanstalt für Immobilienaufgaben (BIMA) and BMW.
With this acquisition, Sofidy continues its strategy of diversifying its investments. Since 2014, the company has acquired several office and hotel properties in Germany.

Die französische Fondsgesellschaft Sofidy hat Büros in Bonn für ihren Immobilienfonds Efimmo1 erworben. Die internationale Anwaltssozietät Clifford Chance hat Sofidy bei dieser Transaktion erneut rechtlich beraten.
Der von Sofidy erworbene Bürokomplex in verkehrsgünstiger Lage im Zentrum von Bonn bietet den langfristigen Mietern Deutsche Post, Bundesanstalt für Immobilienaufgaben (BIMA) und BMW eine Fläche von rund 14.300 Quadratmetern und mehr als 400 Parkplätze.
Mit dem Erwerb setzt Sofidy ihre Strategie zur Diversifizierung ihrer Investments weiter fort. Seit 2014 hat die Gesellschaft mehrere Büro- und Hotelimmobilien in Deutschland erworben.
