Clifford Chance advises Deutsche Apotheker- und Ärztebank on the sale of a Berlin property
International law firm Clifford Chance has advised Deutsche Apotheker- und Ärztebank eG on the sale of the Kantstrasse 44/45 property in Berlin-Charlottenburg to ACCENTRO Real Estate AG.
ACCENTRO will use the building with a total area of around 3,300 square metres as its new company headquarters. In addition, apartments with a gross floor area of around 2,900 square metres can be constructed on the acquired property.
The advising Clifford Chance team comprised partner Gerold Jaeger and associate Jonathan Klein (both Real Estate, Düsseldorf) as well as partner Josef Brinkhaus (Frankfurt), counsel Dominik Thomer and transaction lawyer Philipp Schulze (both Düsseldorf, all Tax).

Die internationale Anwaltssozietät Clifford Chance hat die Deutsche Apotheker- und Ärztebank eG beim Verkauf der Immobilie Kantstraße 44/45 in Berlin an die ACCENTRO Real Estate AG beraten.
Das Gebäude mit einer Gesamtfläche von rund 3.300 Quadratmetern wird ACCENTRO als neue Firmenzentrale nutzen. Zudem können auf dem erworbenen Grundstück Wohnungen mit einer Bruttogeschossfläche von rund 2.900 Quadratmetern gebaut werden.
