Clifford Chance advises BNP Paribas REIM on the acquisition of a commercial property in Munich
The real estate investor BNP Paribas Real Investment Management (REIM) Germany has acquired an office building in Munich in close collaboration with the Cording Real Estate Group. Clifford Chance has again acted for BNP Paribas REIM on this deal.
The building, located in the Schwabing district of Munich and completed in 1990, provides around 8,700 m² of office space and a total lettable area of around 10,300 m². The other areas of the building are let to several tenants, including a nursery school.
The plan is to add the property to the Real Value Fund, a real estate fund launched by BNP Paribas REIM Germany and Cording in 2015.

Der Immobilien-Investor BNP Paribas Real Investment Management (REIM) Germany hat in Zusammenarbeit mit der Cording Real Estate Group ein Münchner Bürogebäude erworben. Die internationale Anwaltssozietät Clifford Chance hat BNP Paribas REIM bei dieser Transaktion erneut rechtlich begleitet.
Das 1990 errichtete Bürogebäude in München-Schwabing bietet rund 8.700 Quadratmeter Büroraum auf insgesamt etwa 10.300 Quadratmeter Mietfläche. Die restlichen Flächen sind unter anderem an einen Kindergarten vermietet.
Die Immobilie soll in den Spezial-Immobilienfonds Real Value Fund eingebracht werden, den BNP Paribas REIM Germany und Cording 2015 aufgelegt haben.
