Clifford Chance advises BNP Paribas REIM on acquisition of unIQus office building in Bad Homburg
Real estate investor BNP Paribas Real Investment Management (REIM) France has acquired the "unIQus" office building, located in Bad Homburg for the SCPI Opus Real fund. Clifford Chance has advised BNP Paribas REIM on this transaction.
Vendor OFB Projektentwicklung had completed the unIQus property, offering 7,700 square metres on a plot of 5,300 square metres, at the end of 2017. The building, which will be supplemented by a second construction phase, is fully let to Fresenius, Syzygy, Barmer and Monotype. The German BNP Paribas REIM subsidiary will take over the asset management of the building.

Der Immobilien-Investor BNP Paribas Real Investment Management (REIM) Frankreich hat für den Fonds SCPI Opus Real das Bad Homburger Bürohaus unIQus erworben. Verkäufer ist die OFB Projektentwicklung. Die internationale Anwaltssozietät Clifford Chance hat BNP Paribas REIM bei dieser Transaktion rechtlich beraten.
OFB hatte die unIQus-Immobilie mit 7.700 Quadratmetern Gesamtfläche auf einem Grundstück mit 5.300 Quadratmetern Fläche Ende 2017 fertiggestellt. Das Gebäude ist an Fresenius, Syzygy, Barmer und Monotype voll vermietet. Die deutsche BNP Paribas REIM-Tochter wird das Asset-Management des Gebäudes übernehmen, das um einen zweiten Bauabschnitt ergänzt werden soll.
