Clifford Chance advises La Française on the acquisition of "Victoria Office" in Hamburg
Clifford Chance advised La Française Real Estate Partners International on the acquisition and financing of the Victoria Office office building in Hamburg City Süd, an up-and-coming office location. La Française purchases the property on behalf of two of its collective real estate investment vehicles.
Victoria Office comprises six floors and is located in Heidenkampsweg 73-79 in Hamburg. The property was built in 1992 and offers approximately 19,400 square metres of office space and 293 parking lots. The property was designed for multi-tenant use and is currently rented to several tenants. The four main tenants are: a German railway company, a logistics service provider, an international trade journal publisher and a provider of online investment solutions.
La Française Real Estate Partners International is specialized in core and core plus real estate investment strategies in Europe. From its offices in London, Frankfurt and Seoul, the company manages properties in Continental Europe, the United Kingdom and Asia.
