Clifford Chance advises CBRE Global Investors and Fabrica on the acquisition of the Kö-Blick office property in Düsseldorf
Clifford Chance has advised the Italian pension fund Cicerone Fund, managed by CBRE Global Investors and Fabrica SGR, on the acquisition of the office and commercial property "Kö-Blick" which is situated in Düsseldorf's prime city centre. The seller is the real estate investment manager Warburg-HIH Invest Real Estate, who managed the property as part of a portfolio of an individual fund.
Built in 2011 according to plans by the renowned architectural firm Ingenhoven, the property located in Königsallee 61 comprises around 6,750 square metres of rental space on nine floors. Of these, around 5,500 square metres are used as office space, 650 square metres as retail space and 550 square metres as residential space. The main tenants of the fully let Kö-Blick are the global real estate service provider CBRE and the commercial law firms Mayer Brown and Graf von Westphalen.

Die internationale Anwaltssozietät Clifford Chance hat den von CBRE Global Investors und Fabrica SGR gemanagten italienischen Pensionsfonds Cicerone Fund beim Erwerb der Büro- und Geschäftsimmobilie "Kö-Blick" in bester Düsseldorfer Innenstadtlage beraten. Verkäufer ist der Immobilien-Investment-Manager Warburg-HIH Invest Real Estate, der das Objekt im Portfolio eines Individualfonds verwaltet hat.
Die 2011 nach Plänen des renommierten Architekturbüros Ingenhoven errichtete Immobilie in der Königsallee 61 verfügt über rund 6.750 Quadratmeter Mietfläche auf neun Geschossen. Davon entfallen rund 5.500 Quadratmeter auf Büro-, 650 Quadratmeter auf Einzelhandels- und 550 Quadratmeter auf Wohnflächen. Die Hauptmieter des vollvermieteten "Kö-Blick" sind der globale Immobiliendienstleister CBRE sowie die Wirtschaftskanzleien Mayer Brown und Graf von Westphalen.
