Clifford Chance advises Investa Real Estate on the acquisition of an office complex in Nuremberg
Clifford Chance has advised property developer Investa Real Estate on the acquisition of an office complex in Nuremberg. The vendor is a subsidiary of the asset manager Standard Life Investments.
The 60,000 square metres property located at Von-der-Tann-Str. 30 and 31 in Nuremberg consists of two separate office complexes with a total lettable area of around 40,000 square metres. These properties are fully let to Siemens and Fujitsu. Investa is planning to refurbish some of the buildings in the medium-term and to add a new office block. The remaining properties are due to be turned into apartments in cooperation with the joint venture partner Immosens GmbH, Munich.

Die internationale Anwaltssozietät Clifford Chance hat den Immobilienentwickler Investa Real Estate beim Erwerb eines Büroensembles in Nürnberg beraten. Verkäufer der Immobilie ist ein Tochterunternehmen des Asset Managers Standard Life Investments.
Die rund 60.000 Quadratmeter große Liegenschaft in der Von-der-Tann-Straße 30 und 31 in Nürnberg umfasst zwei separate Bürokomplexe mit einer Gesamtmietfläche von rund 40.000 Quadratmetern. Die Immobilien sind vollständig an Siemens und Fujitsu vermietet. Mittelfristig plant Investa, einen Teil des Gebäudebestands zu revitalisieren und durch einen Büroneubau zu ergänzen. Der übrige Teil der Immobilie soll zusammen mit dem Joint Venture-Partner Immosens GmbH, München, in Wohnungen umgewandelt werden.
