Clifford Chance with new Frankfurt office from 2019 – Move to refurbished "Junghof Plaza"
Clifford Chance will move to new offices at Junghof Plaza at the end of 2019, following a complete refurbishment and modernization of the premises.
Junghof Plaza is located on Junghofstraße 14-16, and is in the centre of Frankfurt’s banking district. The building’s owner and project developer is a joint venture between a fund managed by PGIM Real Estate and its partner, FGI Frankfurter Gewerbeimmobilien GmbH. The reconstruction was designed by renowned Scandinavian architects Henning Larsen Architects, Copenhagen. Other properties designed by the firm include the Siemens headquarter, Munich, and the SPIEGEL building, Hamburg.
Completion of the new Junghof Plaza is scheduled for the summer of 2019. Clifford Chance will be the main office tenant of the property and will use eight floors and a ground floor lobby. This corresponds to a rental area of approximately 13,000 square metres. The lease has a term of ten years.

Clifford Chance mit neuem Frankfurter Büro ab 2019 – Umzug ins umgebaute "Junghof Plaza"
Die internationale Anwaltssozietät Clifford Chance wird Ende 2019 ein neues Büro im bis dahin völlig umgebauten und modernisierten Junghof Plaza beziehen.
Das in der Junghofstraße 14-16 gelegene Junghof Plaza befindet sich im Zentrum des Frankfurter Bankenviertels. Eigentümer und Projektentwickler ist eine Joint Venture-Gesellschaft eines von PGIM Real Estate verwalteten Fonds und dessen Partner FGI Frankfurter Gewerbeimmobilien GmbH. Der Umbau erfolgt nach den Plänen der renommierten skandinavischen Architekten Henning Larsen Architects, Kopenhagen. Nach Entwürfen von Henning Larsen Architects wurden unter anderem auch die Siemens Konzernzentrale in München und das SPIEGEL-Gebäude in Hamburg erbaut.
Die Fertigstellung des neuen Junghof Plaza ist für Sommer 2019 geplant. Clifford Chance wird Hauptbüromieter des Junghof Plaza und insgesamt acht Stockwerke sowie eine Erdgeschosslobby nutzen. Das entspricht einer Mietfläche von knapp 13.000 Quadratmetern. Der Mietvertrag hat eine Laufzeit von zehn Jahren.
