Clifford Chance advises JTB on acquisition of Switzerland's Kuoni Global Travel Services

Leading international law firm Clifford Chance advised JTB Corp., a leading Japanese travel services company, on its acquisition of Kuoni Travel Investments Ltd. (Kuoni Global Travel Services). Kuoni Global Travel Services is one of the world's leading travel companies and JTB aims to strengthen the inbound business from Asia to Europe through this acquisition. The acquisition is subject to approval by the relevant competition authorities and to other local legal requirements being complied with.
