Clifford Chance advises CVC on US$330 million sale of outsourcing provider SPi

Leading international law firm Clifford Chance has advised CVC Capital Partners Asia III (CVC) on the disposal of outsourced service provider to education, science, technical and medical research publishers, SPi Global for approximately US$330 million. CVC is one of the world’s leading private equity and investment advisory firms.

Partner Neeraj Budhwani led the matter, supported by partner Richard Blewett (Beijing) and senior associates Bryan Koo and Maureen Ho. This transaction will complete CVC's exit from SPi Global.
