Clifford Chance Director of Property Litigation Ben Hatton appointed to Property Litigation Association Education & Training Committee

Clifford Chance Director of Property Litigation Ben Hatton has been appointed by the Executive Committee of the Property Litigation Association, to sit on their Education & Training Committee.

Commenting on the appointment, Ben Hatton said:

"I am delighted to have been appointed by the Executive Committee of the Property Litigation Association (PLA) to sit on their Education & Training committee. The PLA is committed to education all aspects of commercial, residential and agricultural property litigation and has a pivotal role in shaping the law. It is a truly an honour to provide training for PLA members and to be given the opportunity to work with significant organisations in the property industry"

The PLA's objectives are to promote specialist property litigation skills within the property industry and among others with interest in property; to provide a network for the exchange of information among members of the Association; to promote and encourage education and training in property litigation; and to develop a public voice of property litigation with a media profile and a lobbying capacity.
