Clifford Chance advises Europa Capital on the sale of the Innside Hotel in Dusseldorf
Clifford Chance has advised Europa Capital LLP on the sale of the Innside Hotel in Dusseldorf to Quadoro.
Europa Capital LLP sold the property for a total amount of EUR 14.4 million, earning it a 6.25% return on investment. Quadoro is acquiring the property for the open-ended real estate fund Vescore Sustainable Real Estate Europe.
The 4-star hotel has 126 rooms across six floors and has been let to the Innside hotel chain until 2026. It has the highest booking rates in the highly competitive Seestern area of Dusseldorf. The property was acquired from Europa Capital in 2013 along with the adjacent Cubus office complex and is fully let. Clifford Chance was also advisor to Europa Capital on the acquisition of the property.

Die internationale Anwaltssozietät Clifford Chance hat Europa Capital LLP beim Verkauf des Innside Hotels in Düsseldorf-Seestern an Quadoro beraten.
Europa Capital LLP hat die Immobilie für insgesamt 14,4 Millionen Euro veräußert, was einer Rendite von 6,25 Prozent entspricht. Quadoro erwirbt das Hotel für den offenen Immobilienfonds Vescore Sustainable Real Estate Europe.
Das 4-Sterne-Hotel verfügt über 126 Zimmer auf sechs Etagen und ist bis 2026 an die Hotelkette Innside vermietet. Das Hotel weist die höchsten Buchungsraten im stark umkämpften Düsseldorfer Seestern-Quartier auf. Die Immobilie wurde 2013 zusammen mit dem angrenzenden Bürogebäude Cubus von Europa Capital erworben und ist vollständig vermietet. Clifford Chance hatte Europa Capital bereits beim Erwerb der Immobilie beraten.
