Clifford Chance advises two investors on the acquisition of 31 real properties from Radeberger

Clifford Chance advised two investors on the acquisition of a real property portfolio from Radeberger brewery. The real properties form part of the "VELA Portfolio" and are predominantly located in the city centres of Frankfurt am Main and Mainz. This is the biggest transaction in the residential and commercial buildings sector in the Rhine-Main area this year. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

The "VELA-Portfolio" consists of 19 fully let residential and commercial buildings with restaurants in the ground floor. The properties cover lettable space of approximately 8,500 square metres, 3,100 square metres of which are used for gastronomy units. In addition, the portfolio includes twelve properties subject to hereditary building rights with a total of 14,000 square metres.

Die internationale Anwaltssozietät Clifford Chance hat zwei Investoren beim Erwerb eines Immobilienportfolios von dem Brauereiunternehmen Radeberger beraten.

Die erworbenen Objekte des "VELA-Portfolios" befinden sich vorrangig in attraktiven Innenstadtlagen in Frankfurt am Main und Mainz. Es handelt sich um die größte Transaktion des laufenden Jahres im Segment Wohn- und Geschäftshäuser im Rhein-Main-Gebiet. Über den Kaufpreis wurde Stillschweigen vereinbart.

Das "VELA-Portfolio" besteht aus 19 vollständig vermieteten Wohn- und Geschäftshäusern mit gastronomischer Nutzung im Erdgeschoss. Die Objekte verfügen über eine vermietbare Gesamtfläche von rund 8.500 Quadratmetern  davon  entfallen 3.100 Quadratmeter auf die Gastronomie-Einheiten. Außerdem gehören zwölf Erbbaugrundstücke mit 14.000 Quadratmetern zum Portfolio.
