Clifford Chance advises Ergon Capital Partners III on the financing of its investment in Deutsche Intensivpflege Holding
Clifford Chance has advised the Belgian private equity investor Ergon Capital Partners III on the financing of its acquisition of the outpatient/home intensive care provider Deutsche Intensivpflege Holding GmbH based in Munich.
Deutsche Intensivpflege, which was established in 2013 and is advised by Delta Equity GmbH, is the second largest service provider in the intensive care market in Germany and cares for around 400 patients in individual one-to-one settings or in one of its approximately 30 care communities across Germany. The financing was provided by Ares and NIBC by way of a unitranche structure combined with a super senior term loan facility and a super senior revolving credit facility.

Die internationale Anwaltssozietät Clifford Chance hat das belgische Private Equity-Haus Ergon Capital Partners III bei der Finanzierung der Übernahme des Pflegedienstleisters Deutsche Intensivpflege Holding GmbH, München, beraten.
Die 2013 gegründete und von der Delta Equity GmbH beratene Deutsche Intensivpflege ist der zweitgrößte Dienstleister auf dem Gebiet der Intensivpflege und betreut deutschlandweit rund 400 Patienten entweder ambulant oder in ihren rund 30 Pflegeeinrichtungen. Die Finanzierung wurde durch Ares sowie die NIBC im Wege einer Unitranche Finanzierung verbunden mit einem Super Senior Laufzeitkredit sowie einer Super Senior Betriebsmittellinie zur Verfügung gestellt.
