Clifford Chance advises Cellnex Telecom on its acquisition of Shere Group Limited for € 393 million.

A Clifford Chance team advised Cellnex Telecom on the acquisition of Shere Group Limited, a group managing sites in the Netherlands and the UK and controlled by funds managed by Arcus Infrastructure Partners, for € 393 million. Shere manages 1,004 mobile telecom sites in the UK and the Netherlands. Cellnex Telecom, a member of the IBEX-35 in Spain, is Europe’s leading independent mobile telecommunications infrastructure operator, with a total portfolio of over 16,000 sites.
