Clifford Chance welcomes Energy & Resources talent in Australia

Perth, Australia: Leading international law firm Clifford Chance has announced that Jessica Davies has joined its Asia Pacific practice as counsel, further strengthening the firm’s international corporate, energy and resources offering.

An experienced Australian solicitor and US attorney, Jessica has an exceptional record working with clients in Australia, the US, United Kingdom, Asia and Africa. She is an expert in the mining, oil and gas sectors, with particular focus on acquisitions, disposals, new projects, joint ventures, supply, transport, infrastructure and operational arrangements.

Jessica was the inaugural winner of AMPLA’s Excellence Award, for an Australian lawyer demonstrating high achievement, commitment and international expertise in Energy & Resources law. She has returned to Perth, having been based in New York, London, and Sydney over the past decade.
