Clifford Chance advises KanAm Grund on the sale of real estate to Amundi
Clifford Chance has advised KanAm Grund Kapitalverwal-tungsgesellschaft mbH on the sale of high-end office proper-ties from the KanAm grundinvest fund to a fund managed by the French asset manager Amundi Real Estate. The total gross purchase price for the five properties amounts to around EUR 875 million. Transfer of ownership is scheduled for September.
The real estate comprises three properties in Paris (Tour Egeé; 53, Quai d'Orsay and Le Stadium), one property in Rotterdam (PWC Toren) and one property in Luxembourg (Espace Petrusse). The total leasable area of these properties is around 90,000 square metres.
KanAm Grund Group, based in Frankfurt, was established in October 2000 and has since been involved in real estate transactions worth a total of more than USD 25 billion. The main focus of the group's investments is high-end properties in international cities such as Paris, London, Washington, D.C. or New York.

Die internationale Anwaltssozietät Clifford Chance hat KanAm Grund Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH bei der Veräußerung von hochwertigen Büroimmobilien aus dem KanAm grundinvest Fonds an einen Fonds des französischen Asset Managers Amundi Real Estate beraten. Der Kaufpreis der fünf Immobilien beläuft sich auf brutto rund 875 Millionen Euro. Der Besitzübergang ist für September terminiert.
Zu den Immobilien zählen drei Objekte in Paris (Tour Egeé; 53, Quai d'Orsay und Le Stadium), ein Objekt in Rotterdam (PWC Toren) sowie eines in Luxemburg (Espace Petrusse). Insgesamt weisen die Immobilien eine Mietfläche von rund 90.000 Quadratmetern auf.
Die KanAm Grund Group mit Sitz in Frankfurt am Main wurde im Oktober 2000 gegründet und hat seither ein Transaktionsvolumen von mehr als 25 Milliarden US-Dollar bewegt. Anlageschwerpunkt der Gruppe sind Qualitätsimmobilien in internationalen Metropolen wie Paris, London, Washington, D.C. oder New York.
