Clifford Chance advises banking consortium on EUR 500 million bond of alstria office REIT-AG
Clifford Chance has advised a consortium of banks comprising J.P. Morgan, Société Générale, UBS Investment Bank and Unicredit Bank on the issuance of a EUR 500 million bond by alstria office REIT-AG.
The bond has a term of around five years and a coupon of 2.25%.
The Clifford Chance team was led by partner Sebastian Maerker and comprised counsel Dr. Felix Biedermann and associate Dr. Christian Köhler (all Banking & Capital Markets, Frankfurt).

Die internationale Anwaltssozietät Clifford Chance hat ein Bankenkonsortium bestehend aus J.P. Morgan, Société Générale, UBS Investment Bank und Unicredit Bank bei der Emission einer Anleihe durch die alstria office REIT-AG über 500 Millionen Euro beraten.
