Clifford Chance advises Cinven on its acquisition of Labco
International law firm Clifford Chance has advised European private equity firm Cinven on its agreement to acquire Labco, one of the largest European operators of medical diagnostic laboratories, from a consortium of investors.
The acquisition will allow Cinven’s Healthcare and French teams to take advantage of Labco's success accross a number of areas, including its strong historic financial performance and medical leadership in specialist areas, cementing its position as an attractive investment opportunity.
