Clifford Chance advises Babcock & Brown on the sale of the Arabella Center Frankfurt
Clifford Chance advised Babcock & Brown LP Retail 39 S.à r.l. & Co. KG und Babcock & Brown LP Retail 40 S.à r.l. & Co. KG on the sale of the Arabella Center Frankfurt. It was agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
The Arabella Center Frankfurt is situated at the Frankfurt business district Niederrad and consists of an office building, a residential building, a hotel and a shopping gallery. The area also comprises parking slots and an underground carpark.
Babcock & Brown had acquired the Arabella Center Frankfurt in August 2007 in connection with the takeover of real properties from the Bayerische Bau und Immobilien Group.
The Clifford Chance team comprised partner Dr. Patrick Biagosch and associate Martin Kerscher (both Corporate, Munich).

Die internationale Anwaltssozietät Clifford Chance hat Babcock & Brown LP Retail 39 S.à r.l. & Co. KG und Babcock & Brown LP Retail 40 S.à r.l. & Co. KG beim Verkauf des Arabella Center Frankfurt beraten. Über den Kaufpreis wurde Stillschweigen vereinbart.
Das in der Bürostadt Niederrad am südlichen Mainufer gelegene Arabella Center Frankfurt umfasst ein Bürohaus, ein Wohngebäude, ein Hotel sowie eine Ladengalerie. Zu dem Areal gehören außerdem Pkw-Stellplätze und eine Tiefgarage.
Babcock & Brown hatte das Arabella Center Frankfurt im August 2007 im Rahmen der Übernahme von Immobilien der Bayerischen Bau und Immobilien Gruppe erworben.
Das Beratungsteam von Clifford Chance bestand aus Partner Dr. Patrick Biagosch und Associate Martin Kerscher (beide Corporate, München).
