Clifford Chance wins Overall Legal Advisor award from Private Equity Africa for the third consecutive year

Clifford Chance was once again named Overall Legal Advisor of the Year, as well as Deals Legal Advisor of the Year, at the Private Equity Africa Awards 2015 event held this week.

The win comes after another successful year for the Firm advising private equity clients on the full spectrum of sectors and activities across Africa, including power, infrastructure, financial services, pharma and healthcare, education, retail, M&A, fund- raising, financing, co-investment and IPOs.

Clifford Chance has now been recognised by Private Equity Africa in each of the four years that they have been running these awards. The event is run by the leading industry magazine to 'celebrate the industry’s best-in-class investors and their advisors.
