Clifford Chance promotes two new counsel in the Middle East

Clifford Chance has today announced that it has promoted Tariq Imam and Robin Hickman to Counsel. The promotions take effect 1 May 2015.

Tariq Imam heads Clifford Chance's Middle East Regional Real Estate practice and is located in Dubai and Robin Hickman heads the Bank Lending practice in the firm's Doha office.

Commenting on the promotions, Middle East Managing Partner, Robin Abraham, said: "We are delighted to promote Tariq and Robin, two rising stars in the Middle East legal market. Tariq and Robin enjoy a strong client following thanks to their dedication and focus and the terrific work that they do."

In 2015 Clifford Chance celebrates 40 years of operations in the Middle East since opening its first UAE office. Last year Clifford Chance announced that it had launched graduate training schemes in Dubai and Saudi Arabia as part of its continued investment in and commitment to the Middle East.
