Clifford Chance advises on Morgans and Petra Capital on A$89.1 million capital raising for Ingenia Communities
Leading international law firm Clifford Chance has advised Morgans Corporate Limited and Petra Capital Pty Ltd in their roles as underwriters to Ingenia Communities' A$89.1 million capital raising.
Ingenia (ASX: INA) is the largest owner-operator of seniors rental communities in Australia. The capital raising was implemented through a placement and accelerated institutional entitlement offer to sophisticated and wholesale investors.
Morgans Corporate Limited and Petra Capital Pty Ltd were joint lead managers, underwriters and bookrunners for the capital raising, Moelis Australia Advisory Pty Limited acted as financial adviser to Ingenia, while CLSA Limited acted as co-lead manager to the placement.
