Clifford Chance advises KBC Bank on pan-jurisdictional EUR 90 million revolving credit facility for Fieldlink

International law firm Clifford Chance has advised KBC Bank in its role as underwriter and bookrunning mandated lead arranger (BMLA) of the lenders of a EUR 90 million senior revolving credit facility (RCF) for Fieldlink NV that was completed on 15 November 2013 and was in conjunction with a EUR 285 million high-yield bond. The pan-jurisdictional transaction involved seven jurisdictions (Netherlands, France, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Italy, United Arab Emirates/Dubai), all in which Clifford Chance offices operated with a cross-practice team. ABN AMRO Bank acted as the agent and ING Bank acted as the security agent for the credit facility.
