Clifford Chance advised BLUE Asset Management on the sale of the "Trikolon" property in Munich
Clifford Chance advised Munich-based BLUE Asset Management GmbH, acting as the vendor's asset manager and agent, on the sale of the Trikolon multifunctional shopping, office and residential complex, to Jargonnant Partners S.à r.l. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
The complex is located right next to "Arabellapark" underground railway station and has 30,000 sqm of office space, 7,000 sqm of retail space and more than 5,000 sqm of residential space.
The Clifford Chance team was led by partner Dr. Patrick Biagosch and comprised associate Dr. Jessica Wilckens (both Corporate) and senior associate Martin Barlösius (Corporate/Real Estate) as well as partner Thomas Weitkamp (Banking & Capital Markets) – all Munich.

Die internationale Anwaltssozietät Clifford Chance hat die BLUE Asset Management GmbH, München, als Assetmanager und Vertreter des Verkäufers bei der Veräußerung des Trikolon, einer multifunktionale Einzelhandels-, Büro- und Wohnimmobilie beraten. Neuer Eigentümer der Immobilie ist die Jargonnant Partners S.á r.l. Über den Kaufpreis vereinbarten die Parteien Stillschweigen.
Die direkt an der U-Bahn-Haltestelle „Arabellapark“ gelegene Immobilie verfügt über mehr als 30.000 Quadratmeter Bürofläche sowie 7.000 Quadratmeter Einzelhandelsfläche und mehr als 5.000 Quadratmeter Wohnfläche.
