Resources arbitration specialist joins Clifford Chance in Perth

Perth: Leading international law firm Clifford Chance has appointed arbitration specialist Sam Luttrell as a senior associate in its Perth office.

Sam specialises in complex commercial arbitration in the energy and resources sector and foreign investment disputes under bilateral and multilateral investment treaties.

"Sam's expertise will be extremely useful to our resources clients, particularly those with overseas investments, joint ventures and assets," said partner Ben Luscombe, who heads Clifford Chance's litigation and dispute resolution practice in Perth.
