Clifford Chance advises iii-investments on its entry in the Asian market
Clifford Chance advised iii-investments, Munich (Germany), on its first investment in the Asian real estate market, acquiring four core properties in Tokyo and Yokohama. The investor is a German pension fund. The purchasing price amounts to EUR 53 Mio.
The portfolio comprises 225 fully leased high-standard premises in central locations with a total living space of nearly 9.000 sqm. Built in 2006, they have the best category in the Japanese earthquake classification system due to their modern construction.

Die internationale Anwaltssozietät Clifford Chance hat iiiinvestments, München, bei einem erstmaligen Investment in den asiatischen Immobilienmarkt mit dem Erwerb von vier Objekten in Tokio und Yokohama beraten. Investor ist ein deutsches Versorgungswerk. Der Kaufpreis beträgt rund 53 Millionen Euro.
Das Portfolio umfasst insgesamt 225 voll vermietete Wohnungen im gehobenen Standard mit einer Gesamtwohnfläche von fast 9.000 Quadratmetern in zentralen Lagen. Die Immobilien wurden 2006 gebaut und sind aufgrund ihrer baulichen Beschaffenheit in die beste Kategorie im japanischen Erdbebenklassifizierungssystem eingestuft.
iii-investments ist eine der führenden Kapitalanlagegesellschaften für Immobilien-Spezialfonds in Deutschland. Die Geschäftstätigkeit umfasst das Management und die Administration von Immobilienfonds und Immobilien-Darlehensfonds für institutionelle Investoren.
