Clifford Chance advises banks on establishment of SAP's debt issuance programme and debut issue
Clifford Chance advised a banking consortium comprising Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, the Royal Bank of Scotland, Société Générale and UBS on the establishment of a debt issuance programme for SAP and on SAP's debut issue under the programme.
The first issuance was split in two tranches one of which had a volume of EUR 550 million a coupon of 1% p.a. notes and will become due 2015. The second tranche has volume of EUR 750 million, will become due 2019 and offers a fixed coupon of 2.125% p.a.

Die internationale Anwaltssozietät Clifford Chance hat ein Bankenkonsortium aus Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, The Royal Bank of Scotland, Société Générale und UBS im Zusammenhang mit der Erstellung eines Emissionsprogramms für Schuldverschreibungen (Debt Issuance Programme) für SAP und bei der Debut-Emission beraten.
Die Debut-Emission unter dem Programm bestand aus einer Anleihe mit einem Volumen von 550 Millionen Euro, die mit 1% p.a. verzinst wird und eine Laufzeit bis 2015 hat, und einer 750 Millionen Euro-Anleihe mit einer Laufzeit bis 2019 und einem Festzins von 2,125%.
