Charles Adams elected to Clifford Chance Firm-wide Management Committee
Charles Adams, Managing Partner of Clifford Chance in Italy has been elected to the firm's Management Committee. Charles will represent the interests of Clifford Chance's Continental European offices, alongside Yves Wehrli, managing partner for the firm's Paris office, and Andreas Dietzel who continues to represent Germany. Charles will serve a four year term, beginning 1 January 2013. He replaces Jan ter Haar, who will step down from his role as Managing Partner for Moscow at the end of this year.
Charles is a well-respected banking and finance partner, specialising in Italian and cross-border financings. Since he took responsibility for the firm's offices Milan and Rome in 2007, Charles has maintained an active role on client matters. This will continue to be the case following his election to the firm's Management Committee.
