Clifford Chance actively involved in the guarantee extended by the State to Crédit Immobilier de France
On 1st September 2012, the Minister for the Economy and Finance announced that the State had decided to accede to the CIF Group's request to grant it a guarantee allowing it to meet all its undertakings.
This guarantee will be introduced subject to permission from the European Commission and Parliament.
