Clifford Chance advises Cinven on its purchase of Mercury Pharma from HgCapital

Leading international law firm Clifford Chance is advising European private equity firm, Cinven on its acquisition of Mercury Pharma, the international speciality pharmaceutical company, for £465 million. Mercury markets niche and branded pharmaceuticals, with its customers including retail pharmacies and hospitals in the UK and abroad. Completion of the acquisition is expected on 31 August 2012.
