Clifford Chance advises NTT Communications on acquisition of majority stake in UK data centre service provider
Leading international law firm Clifford Chance has advised NTT Communications Corporation on its acquisition of an 85 per cent stake in Gryon Internet Limited, a leading data centre service provider based in the UK.
NTT Communications provides consultancy, architecture, security and cloud services with worldwide network and over 120 secure data centres, and is a subsidiary of NTT, one of the largest telecommunications companies in the world.
"We are delighted to have advised NTT Communications Corporation on this strategic and significant acquisition" said Tatsuhiko Kamiyama, a partner in Clifford Chance's corporate/M&A practice in Tokyo.
