Clifford Chance advises Charter Hall Office Germany Atrium on leasing office space to Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft
Clifford Chance advised Charter Hall Office Germany Atrium S.à r.l. on leasing an additional 9,000 m² of office space in the Atrium complex at Kaiserin-Augusta-Allee 31, Berlin, to the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft. The Fraunhofer-Institut für Software- und Systemtechnik (ISST) and the Institut für Rechner-architektur und Softwaretechnik (FIRST) are due to move into these offices by the end of the year.
The Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft has leased 6,000 m² of office space in the Atrium since 1997 for the Fraunhofer-Institut für Offene Kommunikationssysteme (FOKUS).
Fraunhofer is Europe's largest applied research organisation with more than 80 research facilities.
The Clifford Chance team comprised partner Dr. Christian Keilich and associate Holger Pollmann (both Real Estate, Frankfurt).

Die internationale Anwaltssozietät Clifford Chance hat die Charter Hall Office Germany Atrium S.à r.l. bei der Vermietung weiterer 9.000 Quadratmeter Bürofläche an die Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft im Bürokomplex Atrium, Kaiserin-Augusta-Allee 31, Berlin-Charlottenburg, beraten. Die Flächen sollen voraussichtlich bis zum Jahresende von Mitarbeitern des Fraunhofer-Instituts für Software- und Systemtechnik (ISST) und des Instituts für Rechnerarchitektur und Softwaretechnik (FIRST) bezogen werden.
Bereits seit 1997 ist die Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft im Bürokomplex Atrium auf 6.000 Quadratmetern Fläche mit dem Fraunhofer-Institut für Offene Kommunikationssysteme (FOKUS) ansässig.
Fraunhofer ist die größte Organisation für anwendungsorientierte Forschung in Europa mit mehr als 80 Forschungseinrichtungen.
