Clifford Chance advises Standard Life Investments on the purchase of a logistics park in Bavaria
Clifford Chance advised Standard Life Investments, the global Fund Manager and one of the largest real estate investors in Europe, on the purchase of a logistics park in Pliening, Bavaria. The vendor was Alpha Industrial Holding S.à r.l.
Standard Life Investments acquired the park for its European Property Growth Fund. The park currently consists of a logistics centre and external facilities including a total of around 18,000 m² of office and storage space. The whole of this area is currently let to a single lessee. The southern area of the park offers space for further development, with the plan being to construct another warehouse there in the near future. This warehouse could offer a further 12,000 m² of office and storage space to potential lessees.

Die internationale Anwaltssozietät Clifford Chance hat Standard Life Investments, den globalen Fondsmanager und eines der führenden europäischen Investmenthäuser im Immobiliensektor, beim Ankauf eines Logistikparks in Pliening, Bayern, beraten. Verkäufer war die Alpha Industrial Holding S.à r.l.
Standard Life Investments hat den Logistikpark für ihren European Property Growth Fund angekauft. Der Logistikpark in Pliening besteht zurzeit aus einem Logistikgebäude nebst Außenanlagen mit Lager- und Büroflächen mit einer Gesamtmietfläche von rund 18.000 Quadratmetern. Diese Fläche ist vollständig an einen Einzelmieter vermietet. Der südliche Teil des Logistikparks Pliening verfügt über eine Erweiterungsfläche, die in naher Zukunft mit einem weiteren Lagergebäude bebaut werden wird. In diesem Lagergebäude können weitere 12.000 Quadratmeter Lager- und Büroflächen potenziellen Mietern zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
