Clifford Chance insolvency experts co-author the first volume in a new insolvency law series by Oxford University Press
Professors Dennis Faber and Tomáš Richter of Clifford Chance LLP are among the four editors who put together the first volume in a new comparative insolvency law project published by OUP in March 2012.
Entitled 'Commencement of Insolvency Proceedings' the first volume provides an in-depth country-by-country analysis of insolvency law of 20 jurisdictions world-wide on the point of the commencement of insolvency proceedings and of the key effects the commencement of proceedings has on the major constituencies affected by business insolvency.
The volume is unique in the level of detail and academic rigour with which the material is presented, as well as in its selection of the 20 jurisdictions covered, featuring both major economically developed and emerging countries from four continents.
