Clifford Chance advises Morgan Stanley on the sale of the P2 Value-fund's holding in Frankfurt high-rise building Trianon

Clifford Chance advised Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investment GmbH on the sale of the holding of the open-end real estate fund P2 Value in the office building complex "Trianon", located in Frankfurt (Germany), to investment company Madison International Realty, based in New York, USA.

Trianon was completed in 1993 and is a 186-metre  office tower with residential buildings. The tower is located on Mainzer Landstrasse and a hallmark of Frankfurt's skyline. It comprises of 69,000 sqm, 47 storys and 566 parking spaces. The current anchor tenant is DEKA Bank. The investment fund P2 Value, which is currently being shut down, held 56.95% of the shares in the Trianon complex.

Clifford Chance berät Morgan Stanley beim Verkauf des P2 Value-Anteils am Frankfurter Trianon-Bürokomplex

Die internationale Anwaltssozietät Clifford Chance hat Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investment GmbH beim Verkauf der Beteiligung des offenen Immobilienfonds P2 Value am Frankfurter Bürokomplex "Trianon" an die Investmentgesellschaft Madison International Realty mit Sitz in New York, USA, beraten.

Der Trianon Komplex, der an der Mainzer Landstraße liegt, besteht aus dem 186 Meter hohen Büroturm, der die Skyline Frankfurts prägt, sowie angrenzender Wohnbebauung. Insgesamt umfasst der Büroturm rund 69.000 Quadratmeter Fläche, 47 Stockwerke und 566 Parkplätze. Hauptmieter des 1993 fertiggestellten Hochhauses ist die Deka-Bank. Der in Abwicklung befindliche Fonds P2 Value hielt 56,95 % der Anteile an dem Trianon Komplex.
