Clifford Chance advises The Carlyle Group on the sale of Business Park Konstanz GmbH
Clifford Chance advised The Carlyle Group on the sale of Business Park Konstanz GmbH to a group of Swiss investors. The GmbH is the owner of the corresponding office property Business Park Konstanz. The parties have agreed to maintain confidentiality on the purchase price.
The Business Park Konstanz property comprises 25,000 of office space and other rentable areas on 40,000 square meters of land located in a mixed use business area.
The Carlyle Group is a global alternative asset manager with offices in 19 countries and approximately US-Dollar 148 billion of assets under management and held by 89 funds (figures as of 30 Sept. 2011). Carlyle investment activities are subdivided in the four fields Corporate Private Equity, Real Assets, Global Market Strategies and Fund of Funds Solutions.

Die Business Park Konstanz GmbH ist Eigentümerin der gleichnamigen Büroimmobilie. Über den Kaufpreis haben die Parteien Stillschweigen vereinbart.
Der Business Park Konstanz umfasst rund 25.000 Quadratmeter Mietfläche auf einem 40.000 Quadratmeter großen, in einem Gewerbemischgebiet gelegenen Grundstück.
