Clifford Chance provides antitrust advice to the World Economic Forum

Clifford Chance, the only law firm to be a strategic partner of the World Economic Forum (WEF), is once again providing guidelines on competition law for the industry Governors meetings in Davos, to ensure that deliberations do not interfere with competition between businesses. The firm will also be providing senior WEF members of staff with anti-corruption training through COMPLY, Clifford Chance's proprietary online compliance training system.

David Childs, Clifford Chance managing partner, comments: "The World Economic Forum's annual meeting brings together a unique mix of leading figures from business, politics and academia to discuss and shape the issues of the day, and we are proud to be able to play our part. Clifford Chance has been a strategic partner of the World Economic Forum since 2008 helping to inform the debate on everything from corporate governance to the future shape of the global financial system."

In addition to taking part in the annual meeting in Davos, senior partners from around the Clifford Chance network have also participated this year in the India Economic Summit in Mumbai, the Forum on Africa in Cape Town , the Special Meeting on Economic Growth and Job Creation in the Arab World in Jordan and the Annual Meeting of New Champions, the 'Summer Davos' in Dalian, China.
