Clifford Chance advises Pon Holdings and Pon Holding Germany on the acquisition of Reifen Gundlach
Clifford Chance advised Pon Holdings B.V., Bn Almere (Niederlande), and Pon Holding Germany GmbH, Kerpen, on the acquisition of Reifen Gundlach GmbH from ITOCHU Corporation and ITOCHU Europe PLC.
Pon, one of the largest family-run businesses in the Netherlands, is an international trading and service company, engaged in a wide range of activities. Pon employs almost 11,000 people at over 250 branches across 19 countries.

Pon Holdings ist eines der größten in Familienbesitz befindlichen Unternehmen der Niederlande.
