Clifford Chance advises STC on the acquisition of PKM electronic GmbH
Clifford Chance advised The Hong Kong Standards and Testing Centre Ltd (STC) on the acquisition of shares in PKM electronic GmbH.
PKM electronic GmbH is one of the leading testing centers for testing electronic products in Europe.
The Hong Kong Standards and Testing Centre Ltd with seat in Hong Kong was founded in 1963 and is the first independent testing, inspection and certification organization in Hong Kong.
The Clifford Chance team was led by partner Dr. Patrick Biagosch and included senior associate Dr. Bernhard Magg (both Corporate) and associates Annika Schnell (Employment Law), Martin Barlösius (Real Estate) and Dr. Jessica Kakies (Corporate) – all Munich – as well as associate Raymond Lok Man Ng from the Hong Kong office (Corporate).

The Hong Kong Standards and Testing Centre Ltd mit Sitz in Hong Kong wurde 1963 gegründet und ist die erste unabhängige Organisation zum Test und der Zertifizierung von Industrieprodukten in Hongkong.
