Clifford Chance recruits leading regulatory lawyer

Leading international law firm Clifford Chance announced today that Monica Sah is to join the firm's market-leading financial regulatory and markets practice as a partner in the London office.

Monica Sah joins the firm from Morgan Stanley, where she is a Managing Director and Head of Legal for Morgan Stanley Smith Barney (MSSB) Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia and Australia. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2004, Monica Sah was a senior associate in the same Clifford Chance regulatory practice that she is rejoining.

Commenting on the appointment, Chris Bates, head of the financial regulatory and markets practice, said: "We are delighted that Monica is joining us.
