Clifford Chance advises banking syndicate on the issue of of a 400 million Euro bonds through Südzucker
The international law firm Clifford Chance advised a banking syndicate comprising Deutsche Bank, DZ BANK AG and Landesbank Baden-Württemberg on the issuance of bonds with a total volume of EUR 400 million through Südzucker International Finance B.V. warranted by Südzucker Aktiengesellschaft Mannheim/Ochsenfurt. The bonds have a term of 7 years and a coupon of 4.125%.

Die internationale Anwaltssozietät Clifford Chance hat ein Bankenkonsortium bestehend aus Deutsche Bank, DZ BANK AG und Landesbank Baden-Württemberg im Zusammenhang mit der Emission einer Anleihe mit einem Gesamtvolumen von 400 Millionen Euro durch die Südzucker International Finance B.V. unter Garantie der Südzucker Aktiengesellschaft Mannheim/Ochsenfurt beraten. Die Anleihe hat eine Laufzeit von 7 Jahren und wird mit 4,125% jährlich verzinst.
