Clifford Chance remains a tenant in the Frankfurt Business Center (FBC)

The international law firm Clifford Chance will remain a tenant in the Frankfurt Business Center (FBC). The firm extended its tenancy agreement for a further 7 years until 31 December 2019.

The FBC's prime location in the financial district along with the undertaking it secured for the office spaces and infrastructure of the building to undergo a complete overhaul and upgrade proved to be the decisive factor behind the decision. The extensive renovation work will begin in May 2011.

Clifford Chance will remain the principal tenant of the leased premises of some 20,000 m². Over 600 employees of the international law firm work in the Frankfurt office. The firm has two additional German offices located in Düsseldorf and Munich.

"The undertaking given by the lessor for the building to undergo a complete overhaul including the redesign and upgrade of office spaces swayed our decision to extend the tenancy agreement. These measures will provide prestigious office space ensuring a state-of-the-art and pleasant working environment at our Frankfurt office."
