Clifford Chance advises underwriters on IPO of RIB Software AG
The international law firm Clifford Chance advised the underwriters led by UBS Limited on the successful IPO of RIB Software AG. The IPO included a public offering to private and institutional investors in Germany and Luxembourg as well as private placements in certain other jurisdictions including a private placement in the US under Rule 144A. The first day of trading on the Regulated Market (Prime Standard) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange was on 8 February 2011. The offering volume (incl. Over-allotments) amounted to approx. EUR 145.1 million.

Die internationale Anwaltssozietät Clifford Chance hat die Konsortialbanken unter Führung der UBS Limited beim erfolgreichen Börsengang der RIB Software AG beraten. Der Börsengang umfasste ein öffentliches Angebot an private und institutionelle Investoren in Deutschland und Luxemburg sowie eine Privatplatzierung in weiteren ausgewählten Ländern einschließlich einer Privatplatzierung in den USA gemäß Rule 144A. Die Erstnotiz am Regulierten Markt (Prime Standard) der Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse erfolgte am 8. Februar 2011. Das Platzierungsvolumen beträgt inklusive der Mehrzuteilungsoption rund 145,1 Millionen Euro.
