Clifford Chance advised a consortium of private investors on the purchase of the "Palais an der Oper" property in Munich. The property is being sold by LBBW Immobilien Management GmbH, Stuttgart, and Accumulata Immobilien Development GmbH, Munich. The parties have agreed not to disclose any details of the purchase price.
The "Palais an der Oper" is currently being built on a 4,600 m² property. The finished structure will offer around 32,000 m² of floor space for retail (including a Louis Vuitton store), restaurants, offices and medical practices, along with residential areas.

Die internationale Anwaltssozietät Clifford Chance hat eine Gruppe privater Investoren beim Erwerb des 'Palais an der Oper' in München beraten. Verkäufer ist die LBBW Immobilien Management GmbH, Stuttgart, und die Accumulata Immobilien Development GmbH, München. Über den Kaufpreis haben die Parteien Stillschweigen vereinbart.
Das 'Palais an der Oper' wird derzeit auf einem rund 4.600 Quadratmeter großen Grundstück errichtet. Nach seiner Fertigstellung wird es auf rund 32.000 Quadratmetern Fläche für Einzelhandelsgeschäfte, darunter der Marke Louis Vuitton, Gastronomie, Büros, Arztpraxen und Wohnungen bieten.
