What residential lettings can learn from banking litigation on unfair terms in Spain

The Spanish residential market is entering a new phase of regulatory supervision and scrutiny. The recent actions of consumer authorities, the growing prominence of consumer associations and the possible expansion of collective actions are shaping an environment in which the contractual and commercial practices of the sector will become increasingly relevant.
