Gabriel Cabello specialises in strategic real estate transactions, including the investment and divestment of real estate assets and companies, sale and lease-back transactions, leasing agreements, and construction contracts.
He also regularly advises major international real estate funds on various issues such as non-performing loans (NPLs), and drafting and negotiation of servicing agreements for both types of assets.
His experience includes advising on:
- A broad range of high-profile real estate transactions, such as the structuring and sale of student housing portfolios, the development of university campuses, and large-scale build-to-rent projects under public-private partnership schemes.
- He also has extensive experience in joint ventures, asset management agreements, and complex urban development initiatives across Spain.
